MiAccess is a website that brings together high-quality translated information about disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The purpose of MiAccess is to inform and empower people with disability from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds to access information that is essential in both understanding disability environments and accessing the NDIS.
How it was developed
The website has been developed in consultation with people with disability from CALD backgrounds. Consumer involvement in the development of any new resources ensures both relevance and appropriateness for CALD audiences.
How it works
The website has been designed to be informative and easy to access. The site can be navigated in English or in 10 languages other than English on your computer or mobile device.
Translated resources in over 50 languages can be searched by language, topic and resource type. You can also access and navigate the entire MiAccess website in the following 10 languages:
